  • Profile Information: Band/artist/DJ name, venue name, bio, genres, performance tags, location (city, state, zip code, area codes), travel radius, price/budget ranges, profile and gallery images, social media links, and equipment requirements.
  • Booking Information: Booking requests, contract terms, chat messages between users, agreed prices, and event logistics (dates, times, locations).
  • Payment Information: Subscription payment data processed securely through Stripe (see Section 3 below).
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including device type, browser type, pages visited, and booking activity.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account and profile.
  • Facilitate discovery, booking, and communication between bands, DJs, and venues.
  • Send you notifications about account activity, booking requests, confirmations, reminders, and cancellations via email.
  • Process subscription payments through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the Service.

3. Payment Information

BandSlot™ processes all subscription payments securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not collect, store, or transmit your credit card or payment card data directly. When you make a payment, you are redirected to Stripe's secure checkout, and Stripe handles all payment card information in accordance with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements.

We receive your Stripe customer ID and subscription status from Stripe to manage your account, but we never see or store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details. For more information about how Stripe handles your data, please review the Stripe Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website to enhance your browsing experience and analyze how the Service is used. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. We use the following types:
